New Products – Expanded Support – Enhanced Website – Expanded Catalog
Astrodyne continues to change in a myriad of ways in order to provide Rapid Resolutions for our growing customer community. Here are just a few of our ongoing initiatives that are designed to help you solve your power challenges: One of our key goals is to develop a new product family every five weeks. To bolster our wide range of power solutions, over the past year we have accelerated our New Product Development efforts. This is why we request your email address; it allows us to keep you abreast of our latest product introductions. For instance, this past quarter we introduced the ASL-150 series with 2.5X the power in a standard 2” x 4” package, making it the industry’s smallest product in its power range. By opening a West Coast office we have significantly expanded our technical support operations. West Coast customers can now “talk to an engineer” via telephone at 1-800-823-8082 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Responding to customer feedback, we are enhancing the utility of our website astrodyne.com by adding a new, user-friendly shopping cart with global ordering capability.We recently launched a world-class web site that offers a parametric search engine and comparison tool developed to help you quickly locate the optimal power solution for your application. If a standard product doesn’t fit your needs, you will be able to design on-line with our Custom Product Builder tool. And to obtain a Rapidly Resolution to your questions, you will be able to instant message an Astrodyne engineer. We have expanded our catalog to offer our complete line of products; many of which were previously limited to the web site. The catalog is now easier to read and navigate. Combined with our website improvements and our easy to reach engineering support team, Astrodyne provides the efficiency and professional support you require.
