Astrodyne’s philosophy is all about getting better at meeting the needs of the customers we serve. To accomplish this, we actually do sit around a table and ask “What is the customer telling us?” What are the products and services we need to be offering to insure we are the obvious choice to meet your power requirements?” Along with everyone else on my staff, I have visited our customers to better understand what you need us to provide in order to efficiently find the best power solution for your application challenge. This Engineering Design Guide & Power Supply Sourcebook is one result of these discussions.

Not only are we providing a more comprehensive document with many new products that have been requested by our customer base, we have also added two useful resources written by power industry experts. These include a power supply primer which discusses the key principles of power management. Second, each of the nine sections of this Sourcebook contains an introduction which explains the key factors you should consider when selecting your power solution. Per your request, we have also melded this document into our website so our experience meets the needs for any of a wide range of scenarios. And continuing our tradition of providing best-in-class service, either by phone or from our website you can also chat directly with a power engineer. Taken together, this Sourcebook should act as an indispensible reference for selecting the optimum power product for your needs, while requiring the least amount of effort on your part.

Our mission is to become a partner in your success. Yet with over 3,000 SKU’s we don’t always have the perfect product for each application. However, our commitment to provide the perfect product does not end with the Sourcebook.  Astrodyne’s engineers are not directed to convince you that our standard products will always meet your needs. Instead, our engineers are experts at either efficiently modifying an existing product to better fi t your application, or if necessary, they will help you identify a third-party source.

For our industry I believe that Astrodyne provides an uncharacteristically superior level of service.
